A peaceful, misty scene evoked from a need to have a silent space in my busy day. A simple, unfussy landscape, small enough to find a little place on your walls to hang. This is painted on 100% cotton, 140lb cold-pressed watercolour paper.

Artist Profile :
I am totally self taught. The only formal training I ever had were the far distant art lessons at school. Creating art has taken me on a journey of discovery where I have learnt to look, to see, to enjoy the beauty around me, be it a landscape, the glory of a flower or the beauty in the banality of familiar, ordinary objects and scenes. Colour has exploded into my existence with all its nuances and magic. I am not trying to make any statements with my art; art for me is my attempt to capture what I see around me, to capture a moment in time and to make my own personal mark. Please note that all my work is original and are not reproductions or prints. I try and price my artwork so that it is affordable. A lot of work and emotional involvement goes into the creation of my art. I do hope you enjoy looking and maybe purchasing something.
