Artwork Description : When it's autumn I always put out the remaining sunflower heads for the birds. These were stuck behind some trellessing , but they must have been too close to the wall because the birds didn't go near them. So when I had finished painting them I took them out and put them on the bird table. Soon gone.
Artist Profile : Keen gardener and allotmenteer Mary paints the world around her. Sometimes it is infiltrated by two cats. A long time artist Mary went to art school in the heady days of the seventies. Ever since she has been selling her paintings and prints through galleries and craft fairs. Mary draws eveything and anything that she sees in her surroundings, especailly when the sun shines. The pictures you see are a product of her constant observation. Now she paints mainly in oils, and should you wish it, would be happy to paint your surroundings too.
